I like to watch,
Creatures sleep,
They close their eyes,
Then relax complete.

R.E.M.,
Alpha waves,
Healing power,
For vertebrates.

So rest, unwind,
Take a little nap,
Put things back on the map.

Reptiles, birds, and mammals,
In nocturnal states,
To rejuvenate.

Can I say?
You and me?
Should get some Z's?
